When you submit our enquiry form, we collect the details you provide: name, email address, country, and optionally your company, product category, estimated quantity and project description.

We use the details you provide only to reply to your enquiry — to prepare fabric options, a sampling plan and a quotation. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics are disabled by default unless consent is given. For other regions, analytics are enabled. Where your data goes
Enquiry forms are processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, and delivered to our email. Website analytics are processed by Google. If you contact us by WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp's service.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our business relationship. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
